Description
T1 Hedeby/Haithabu Arrow head.
We are delighted to present these wonderful close copies of the original head, they are made in the sunny North of England from Mild steel (High Carbon available upon request POA)
The T1 is an integral tang broadhead, measuring 70mm in total length. The transition point, where the blade ends and tang begins, is depicted by the red arrow. From this datum, the tang measures 27mm, and blade measures 43mm. The blade’s width at it’s widest point is 13mm, and the thickness of the spine (at it’s thickest point) is 3mm, tapering down to a fine point. In the original collection, 9 of these heads were found.
