We are delighted to offer this hand made Seax and sheath set as part of our updated range.
Seax – The blade (Hammer & Hound) is a high carbon steel with a fine cutting edge mounted in a Reindeer Antler handle.
Sheath – Very close copy of the Type A2 23 Market Street 15893 sheath has a full Velum liner fixed with hide glue to traditionally pit tanned red deer leather outer. Please note that the finish and colour is due to the tannage of the leather and will include slight blemishes
Please allow some variation in colour due to differences in monitor resolution.
Suitable for portrayal of a 10th-11th C ‘Anglo-Scandinavian’ persona.
