Description
Medieval Leather scabbard 12th Century Type X2
The Scabbard has been made with thick Veg tan cow leather which has a sewn rear seam and a whip stitch top decoration.
The broad tie belt is made from Veg-tan leather that has been waxed with MOM’s Leather Grease and will darken slightly over time.
This scabbard will accommodate a blade with the maximum measurements below:
- Blade Width at cross guard: 5.5cm
- Blade Width at tip (just before it rounds): 2.5 cm
- Blade Length: 73cm
- The tie belt will fit a 30-50″ waist/where you wear it.
- Curved top
Suitable for portrayal of a 12th – 14th C ‘European’ persona.
This is accepted for use within:
Historia Normannis T3-T9.
