We are delighted to offer this scabbard as part of our new In Stock range.
The Scabbard has been made with thick Veg tan cow leather which has a sewn rear seam and a whip stitch top decoration.
The Belt is made from Veg tan cow leather, Its suspension method is speculative, thank you to Roland Warzecha for your kind permission for its use.
This scabbard will accommodate a blade up to:
Blade width at Cross guard – 50mm
Blade with at point of rounding – 25mm
Blade Length: 27″
****Please note that the leather is natural veg tan which has been dyed with modern dyes to imitate spruce bark tanage****
Suitable for portrayal of a 10th C ‘Anglo-Scandinavian’ persona.
