We are delighted to offer this scabbard as part of our new In Stock range.

The Scabbard is built with a Sheep skin top lined Beech wood core with integral strap slide (cast Brass) and covered with Pit Tanned Red Deer leather which is hand sewn using natural linen thread. Chape is UK made small batch lost wax cast.

The Belt is made from Pit Tanned Red Deer, folded and hand sewn with linen thread & fitted with UK made small batch lost wax cast fittings.

 

This scabbard will accommodate a blade up to:

Blade width at Cross guard – 50mm

Blade with at point of rounding – 30mm

Blade Length:  29″

****Please note that the leather is natural veg tan which has been dyed with modern dyes to imitate spruce bark tanage****
