Description
This disc brooch is a replica of one found at Coppergate, York. It dates from the 10th century and features the classic backwards looking animal design seen in many forms on Viking age brooches. It was made in the UK and is made from Pewter. Suitable for use as part of a Saxon costume when used to close the top of a tunic. Measures 20mm.
